DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
Bienvenido a CM Creations by Cora. Los términos "nosotros", "nos" y "nuestro" se refieren a CM Creations by Cora. Operamos esta tienda y sitio web, incluyendo toda la información, contenido, funciones, herramientas, productos y servicios relacionados (los "Servicios"), con el fin de ofrecerte una experiencia de compra clara, segura y personalizada.
Nuestra tienda está alojada en Shopify, plataforma que nos permite gestionar los Servicios, incluyendo el procesamiento de pagos, las funcionalidades del sitio y la seguridad.
Al acceder o utilizar nuestros Servicios, aceptas estos Términos de Servicio y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, debes abstenerte de utilizar nuestros Servicios.
1. NATURALEZA DE LOS PRODUCTOS
Los productos ofrecidos por CM Creations by Cora son artículos hechos a mano (handmade), confeccionados de manera artesanal. Debido a esta naturaleza, cada pieza es única y puede presentar ligeras diferencias. Pueden existir variaciones en colores, patrones, medidas o detalles, las cuales no se consideran defectos, sino características propias del trabajo artesanal.
2. TIEMPOS DE PRODUCCIÓN
El tiempo de confección de los productos es de cinco (5) a ocho (8) días hábiles, contados a partir de la confirmación del pago. Este periodo puede variar según la carga de pedidos y la disponibilidad de materiales. CM Creations by Cora se reserva el derecho de ajustar estos tiempos cuando sea necesario, notificando al cliente en caso de cambios significativos.
3. PEDIDOS Y PAGOS
Al realizar un pedido, el cliente declara que la información proporcionada es correcta y completa. Los precios están expresados en dólares estadounidenses (USD). Los métodos de pago disponibles son los establecidos dentro del sistema de Shopify. El pedido se considerará confirmado una vez el pago haya sido aprobado y procesado. CM Creations by Cora se reserva el derecho de rechazar o cancelar pedidos en caso de error, sospecha de fraude o información incompleta.
4. CANCELACIONES
Las solicitudes de cancelación deben realizarse en el menor tiempo posible luego de efectuar la compra. Una vez el proceso de confección haya comenzado, CM Creations by Cora podrá rechazar la cancelación del pedido debido a la naturaleza personalizada o artesanal del producto.
5. ENVÍOS Y RESPONSABILIDAD
Los envíos se realizan a través del servicio postal USPS (United States Postal Service). Los tiempos de entrega son estimados y pueden variar. Una vez el pedido es entregado a USPS, la responsabilidad del envío pasa al cliente. CM Creations by Cora no se hace responsable por retrasos, pérdidas o daños ocasionados por el transportista, ni por paquetes que aparezcan como entregados por USPS.
Es responsabilidad del cliente proporcionar una dirección correcta y completa. CM Creations by Cora no se responsabiliza por errores en la dirección suministrada por el cliente.
6. DEVOLUCIONES Y REEMBOLSOS
Para información detallada sobre devoluciones o reembolsos, el cliente debe consultar la Política de Devoluciones y Reembolsos de CM Creations by Cora.
7. USO DE SHOPIFY
Nuestra tienda utiliza los servicios de Shopify para operar de forma segura. Shopify gestiona aspectos como el procesamiento de pagos, la infraestructura del sitio web y la seguridad de la plataforma. Sin embargo, todas las transacciones comerciales se realizan directamente con CM Creations by Cora.
8. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
Todo el contenido de esta tienda, incluyendo imágenes, textos, diseños y logotipos, pertenece a CM Creations by Cora. Queda prohibido el uso, reproducción o distribución sin autorización previa.
9. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
CM Creations by Cora no será responsable por daños directos, indirectos o incidentales derivados del uso de nuestros Servicios o productos, en la medida permitida por la ley aplicable.
10. CUMPLIMIENTO LEGAL
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes aplicables en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos.

OVERVIEW
Welcome to CM Creations by Cora. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to CM Creations by Cora. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"), with the purpose of offering you a clear, secure, and personalized shopping experience.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, a platform that allows us to manage the Services, including payment processing, site functionality, and security.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our Services.
1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
The products offered by CM Creations by Cora are handmade items, crafted in an artisanal manner. Due to this nature, each piece is unique and may present slight differences. Variations in colors, patterns, measurements, or details may exist, which are not considered defects but rather inherent characteristics of handcrafted work.
2. PRODUCTION TIMES
The production time for our products is five (5) to eight (8) business days, counted from payment confirmation. This period may vary depending on order volume and material availability. CM Creations by Cora reserves the right to adjust these times when necessary, notifying the customer in the event of significant changes.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is correct and complete. All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods are those established within the Shopify system. An order will be considered confirmed once payment has been approved and processed. CM Creations by Cora reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, or incomplete information.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the purchase is made. Once the production process has begun, CM Creations by Cora may reject the cancellation request due to the personalized or handcrafted nature of the product.
5. SHIPPING AND LIABILITY
Shipments are made through USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery times are estimated and may vary. Once the order is handed over to USPS, shipping responsibility transfers to the customer. CM Creations by Cora is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier, nor for packages that appear as delivered by USPS.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. CM Creations by Cora is not responsible for errors in the address provided by the customer.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
For detailed information on returns or refunds, the customer must refer to the CM Creations by Cora Return and Refund Policy.
7. USE OF SHOPIFY
Our store uses Shopify's services to operate securely. Shopify manages aspects such as payment processing, website infrastructure, and platform security. However, all commercial transactions are conducted directly with CM Creations by Cora.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this store, including images, texts, designs, and logos, belongs to CM Creations by Cora. Use, reproduction, or distribution without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
